1. Website use

This website provides general information about iMor and its services. You agree to use it lawfully and not attempt to disrupt, damage, reverse engineer or gain unauthorised access to the website, systems or data.

2. Proposals and project agreements

Website content does not create a binding offer. Specific services, deliverables, timelines, fees, payment milestones, responsibilities, support and ownership terms will be stated in a written proposal, quotation, work order or agreement accepted by both parties.

3. Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely approvals, required content, lawful materials, access credentials and feedback needed to complete a project. Delays in these items may affect delivery timelines.

4. Fees and taxes

Fees are payable according to the accepted proposal or invoice. Applicable taxes, third-party subscriptions, media budgets, domain charges, hosting, licences and platform fees are additional unless explicitly included.

5. Intellectual property

Pre-existing tools, frameworks, know-how, reusable code and third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners. Ownership or licence rights for final deliverables are transferred only as specified in the project agreement and generally after full payment.

6. Third-party platforms

Some services depend on third-party platforms such as hosting providers, advertising networks, social media, app stores, payment gateways and software vendors. Their availability, policies, approvals and changes are outside iMor's direct control.

7. Results and performance

We use professional care and reasonable efforts, but cannot guarantee specific rankings, sales, leads, platform approvals, advertising performance or uninterrupted operation where outcomes depend on markets, users, algorithms or third parties.

8. Confidentiality

Each party should protect confidential information received during a project and use it only for the intended business purpose, subject to legal disclosure requirements.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, iMor is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses. Any direct liability related to a service will be limited as stated in the applicable agreement.

10. Termination

Projects may be paused or terminated according to the accepted agreement, including for non-payment, prolonged inactivity, unlawful requests or material breach. Completed work and committed third-party costs remain payable.

11. Governing terms

These website terms are governed by applicable laws of India. Project-specific agreements may contain additional dispute-resolution and jurisdiction terms.
